At DeMellier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
