We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or embossed items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Is there a warranty on DeMellier products?
Every DeMellier handbag comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
